- Housing in Thailand.

- Townhouse. This type of house is built in an urban environment and is a 2 or 3 storey building with upper living areas. On the first floor there is usually a store, a company or a café, owned by the owners of the house.

The cost of housing in Thailand increases in direct proportion to the types of properties on the list, and depending on the distance to the beaches, for example Kata Beach in Phuket or Pattaya Jomtien Beach. However, taking into account the location of the future accommodation may well be that a room in the center of Bangkok will cost more than a house in a province of Thailand far from the sea.
