That’s the way it goes, we look forward to every vacation we take. Single travel, in my opinion, should start in Bangkok. Let the city become for you a calling card of the country. I am not wrong to say that the attractions in Bangkok are waiting for your guests at every step. The city is visited by organized groups of tourists as well as those who like to travel independently.
To get to Bangkok on your own, you must buy a ticket to Suvarnabhumi International Airport (read a separate article about how how to get to Thailand cheap). To do this, either go to the airport of your city, or buy it online (there is a possible commission). Let’s agree that travel agencies charge more for tickets than they cost at the box office. Saving is always nice (well, almost đŸ™‚ )! And don’t worry about getting a visa to Thailand. You will get it Thai customs at the airport in Bangkok, most importantly, do not forget to fill out Thai migration card.

We should say that the weather in Bangkok is almost always beautiful. That’s because the rainy season in Thailand lasts only from June to October. A little bit cooler in Thailand is from mid-November to early February. The hottest time is from mid-March to May. Especially crowded in Bangkok is in New Year.

The Royal Palace in Bangkok
If you’re not too tired after visiting the Royal Palace, you can continue straight to the national museum. It is located within walking distance from the palace. In Thailand there are so many temples and museums that it can make you dizzy. Soak it in – you have arrived in a country of unique culture.
You can travel freely in Bangkok on your own without being constrained by an obligatory program. Actively use buses (you can buy tickets for them at 12 Go Asia), Thai taxis or tuk-tuks. But if you do not like these types of transport, you can rent a bike (more about the correct renting a bike in Thailand). But be careful, follow Thailand’s Highway Code, because if something happens, the tourist will be blamed!
