The area of the island where it is located, has the same name. It is easy to get there, because the road goes through the residential area of the island. Once you get to the parking lot, you need to leave your vehicle, cross the bridge and go up a little bit. It is usually a favorite place for the local kids to play.
Ton Sai waterfall
Ton Sai Waterfall is located in a national park in the northeastern direction of Phuket Island. The park is named Khao Phra Thaew and is a green jungle-covered area. In this park on its western side is the location of this waterfall. On the other side is another famous waterfall Bang Pae. Although the distance between them is not very long, it is difficult to walk from one to the other, as the area is quite wild with its natural inhabitants.
Bang Pae waterfall
Bang Pae Waterfall is located on the opposite side of Ton Sai, not far from the famous Gibbon Rehabilitation Center. You can get to this place through a variety of paths, bypassing the rubber and pineapple farming areas. If you wish to see the waterfall you will have to pay 200 baht per person. The Gibbon Rehabilitation Center is free to visit, but it is not forbidden to donate any amount to its development. This waterfall in Phuket on weekends is quite popular with locals. You can swim here and then have a bite to eat at one of the restaurants.
Tamnang Waterfall
Tamnang Waterfall is located in another national park Sri Phang Nga. The park is under the jurisdiction of Pang Nga Province. The road from Phuket passes through the provinces of Khao Lak, Takua Pa and Kuraburi. Quite far and difficult to get to it, but the reward will exceed all expectations. There are a lot of fish in this waterfall. Deciding to bathe in the cool water, the tourist will have the opportunity to touch it with his own hands.
