While many people say Vietnam is cheaper than Thailand, that’s not quite true. The prices in both countries are about equal. Simply in Vietnam there are not so many different entertainments and services which are worth spending your money on and it seems that the rest in Vietnam is cheaper than in Thailand. But in Vietnam it is realistic to save money on real estate rental. If you look properly, an inexpensive gest-house or budget hotel (in Nha Trang and Mui Ne are located on the second line), the daily price for a room there will be only 10-15 bucks.
